I decided to start a public blog again because this space for my thoughts to run is so important and with more insights from my work, I'm beginning to see the need to share. Even if it's not on a regular basis, there might be some traction and lead to some conversations and exchange of ideas and perspectives. The inspiration behind this? My MAS secondment.
I try to be myself online, even if it is on social networks so I see no reason why blogs have to hold conventional contents and seek to please or create controversies with deliberate attempts. It is simply a channel where authors hold or stick to their point of views with an open mind, accepting that readers may challenge with their alternative views.
I respect bloggers who are able to hold their own and not eager to please. Yet at the same time not trying too hard. That is the magical factor about the virtual space online, where liberation thrives.
Having studied communications and still learning all about it with my job in Ogilvy, I seek to share and listen. Always a two-way love affair.
